General refurbishment of existing pub with alteration to the existing internal layout to accommodate extended kitchen and toilet into cellar. Works included new fixed seating, floor/wall finishes, upgraded bar/servery, new customer toilets and external seating areas.

Works involved the refurbishment of an existing pub with new seating, bar fittings and toilet upgrade. The flooring was substantially replaced with a different floor finish (karndean) and this has been treated as a capital improvement. Other replacement finishes (e.g. carpet with carpet) and re-decoration have been treated as a repair.
