Retrospective analysis of landlord's phased refurbishment works to two adjacent office buildings over six financial years (31 December 2016 to 31 December 2021). The works were awarded through nine contracts and included removal of outgoing tenant installed items to create upgraded open plan office accommodation to a 'CAT A' standard with new reception areas and sub-division works as needed.
