This is a four-storey Gade A commercial office (net area 81,547 sq.ft) building that was built in the early 1980's and comprehensively refurbished in 2011 to 2013 to a BREEAM excellent standard. Mostly concrete frame construction with a mix of brick-built and glazed curtain walling to elevation and aluminium/zinc sheet roof cladding.
