Head office refurbishment of central London offices

This is a four-storey Gade A commercial office (net area 81,547 sq.ft) building that was built in the early 1980's and comprehensively refurbished in 2011 to 2013 to a BREEAM excellent standard. Mostly concrete frame construction with a mix of brick-built and glazed curtain walling to elevation and aluminium/zinc sheet roof cladding.

The project involved the complete refurbishment of an 11 storey city centre office with the stripping out and upgrading of existing office accommodation to Category 'A' standard, new services to all floors, new finishes, new toilets, new feature reception area and repairs to the curtain walling/cladding system.

This is a four-storey commercial office building which was refurbished by the pension fund sellers. The building specification includes a 2-four pipe fan-coil air conditioning; 2x13 person passenger lifts, manned reception (24 hour access), male & female WC facilities on each floor, DDA compliant WC facilities, shower/changing rooms, suspended ceilings with modern LED lighting to refurbished office suites and full access raised floors with 150mm void.

The building is split into five inter-connected blocks, arranged around four cores, and is divided into 15 lettable units, however many of these can be combined to form larger suites.
