Purchase of 158 pub portfolio (145 Freehold and 13 Leasehold) from major pub landlord and review of associated s198 election agreements, claim negotiation and upside assessment.

New bric-a-brac with a link to the pub name and history. Existing bar retained, The upper back bar fitting redesigned to provide improved view and better product display. New signage and lighting scheme.
